Tohoku is a region in North-East Japan, full of rich culture, stunning landscapes and diverse people, but often overshadowed by the country’s more popular travel destinations.

Working with Expedia Media Solutions we were asked to develop a creative campaign to change the public perception of the region and showcase the wide range of opportunities it can offer travellers.

Our challenge was to create a campaign that illustrated the cultural diversity and adventures to be had, but also felt personal and targeted enough to connect with viewers and inspire them to explore the region.
